Most Modern products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories (cuffs, test strips, etc.) are not covered under warranty. Premium models may include an extended 2-year warranty β€” check your product manual for details.
Can I return or exchange a product? β–Ό
Yes! We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. For defective products, you can request a replacement or full refund. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
